There are two installers on the Live ISO: (i) the Standard installer (on boot menu); and (ii) the Calamares installer (on desktop of a live session).I installed bookworm 12.4 from the live GNOME image on a USB stick. I used the encrypted LVM option with separate home partition.
The former has an encrypted LVM option, the latter does not (except if done manually). Which did you use?
As an aside, I don't see the point of doing a separate home volume on a 64 GB flash drive. Indeed, I don't see the point of doing LVM on a flash drive.
