This is most probably firmware incompatibility (ie: between your mobo's firmware and the card's firmware). 3 things you can try:[46.337559] NVRM: This PCI I/O region assigned to your NVIDIA device is invalid:
- check for firmware (BIOS/UEFI) updates for your mobo;
- try a newer driver from the NV DC repo as it will bring a newer GPU firmware, which may improve things;
- soft-remove the card from the PCIe and rescan the bus: this sometimes helps to properly renegotiate BAR regions' allocations. You can check cryo-plugging sections of the eGPU wiki for an example how to do this.
