I use iwd instead of wpasupplicant. iwd uses kernel stack, so should a bit lighter load.

First would try what @stevepusser suggested.

Hi! I switched from vpa_supplicant to iwd too. In the meantime, I'll eventually change the router. Everything works fine for now. Although I can't say what exactly caused my problem, it seems to be the router. There are no error messages in the network manager log since the change. Thanks for the help!
