I have formatted the Multimedia partitions to ext4 and copied the files back and forth, so that all looks good now.
I was then very careful to alter the fstab file to get everything mounted at start-up, but it still went wrong. Fortunately, I had been forewarned in this thread and so managed to undo the changes in the Live environment. I think the reason was that the backup partitions consist of two words (ie Backup and Data) with a space between them. As I feared that this would cause problems, I put them between quote marks, and this probably caused the problems with boot.
So, then I decided to use Disks and do it that way. But when checking the fstab file, I immediately noticed that the partitions would be mounted under those silly UUIDs again. So, I reverted the changes in Disks, and re-booted. And now, to make things even more complicated, I suddenly have this new folder in /media/neven called "Backup that I can't delete or remove:
As you can see, it says that it's mounted from /dev/nvme0n1p6 which is my root/internal drive...
How do I get rid of this without causing a major "F***up?
And how do I write out something like "Backup Data" in fstab to specify the mount point? Simply like this: /mount/neven/Backup Data?
