I run the upgrade every 6 hours that the server syncs, provided that I am not sleeping at that time. On my end of the world, where we are at gmt+2, those hours are 5am, 11am, 5pm and 11pm. And this is apt's history log from yesterdays failureAnyway, as already posted, the installation of pahole solves the issue, so it is time for someone to report it as a grave bug on dkms and let the devs fix it. Sorry for not responding earluer, but I have a minor health issue. Many thanks to everyone who replied to confirm it.
---edit
As it seems, someone did file the bug report for pahole but against kbuild.
