I'm already on testing, and the link you supplied states, "Backports are recompiled packages from testing (mostly) and unstable...", would this not be what I'm already using when I'm on the testing branch?You will need a newer kernel than the Bookworm default as well as the correct firmware from Kernel Git. Add Backports repo - https://wiki.debian.org/Backports#Using ... mmand_line

That is what I was thinking, I thought going on the testing branch I would have access to updated kernels.Interesting that not even experimental has that firmware. As OP mentioned only 0, 1, 2 and 4 are available.
Another thing to add to the list.If you need mesa you need Testing. mesa wasn't backported.
Thank you all for your response, I'll will see what I can do. If anyone is able to have a concise guide to doing this it would be great, but I'll try and figure it out.
