Debian 12 KVM/QEMU, no DE, guest is also Debian 12 with no DE.
This worked for me.
Add
spice_listen = "::1"
to /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf:
Though, seems more of a work-around than a fix.
What surprises me is:
a) I've built at least a dozen Debian KVM QEMU hosts, with a good number of Debian guests, and this is first I've run into this.
b) perhaps unrelated (but very close), seems people have had same problem ten years ago.
