If I remember, I started the machine from the bootable USB key so Windows was not working.
Sincerely, I do not remember how I set grub but now, at all startup I can choose the OS to start and all seems to work fine.
I do not know if Windows OS has something to do with the switchoff procedure.
The command sudo shutdown -h now sometimes works but not always.
