Hardware • PXi 8336 Card does nor communicate with Ni PXIe 106 2 Q chassis

Dear Sirs:
For many years I worked with Comedi using the NI PXI-1045 chassis from NI Instruments, controlled by the NI PXI 8336 card connected via fiber optic cable to a PC's PCI bus. The operating system was Linux Debian, from which the Comedi software was installed via Synaptic. The programming language used was C. Everything worked perfectly for many years until the NI PXI-1045 chassis failed (it stopped delivering power).
Now we have the NI PXIe 106 2 Q chassis, into which we have inserted the NI PXI 8336 card in slot 2. This card is designed to act as the PXI system controller via the PC's PCI bus, connected via fiber optic cable. We are using the latest version of the Comedi software.

The procedure used with the Ni PXI-1045 chassis: With the PC off, the Ni PXI-1045 chassis was powered on, then the PC was turned on, which automatically loaded the Comedi drivers from the /dv file. Afterward, all PXi cards were active and functional.

The situation with the Ni PXIe 106 2 Q on the behaviour is as follows: When the PC is turned on, Debian does not install and the PC freezes, presumably waiting for a message from the PXi 8336 card. The only observable effect on the PXi card is that the link LED on the NI PXI 8336 card changes to lit.
I would like to receive some advice to solve the problem.
