yes, off the the same drive
have you verified that the installation media is not corrupted?

I do not know, the best I have is i think so
is the rest of your hardware in good health?
Again, i think so, Most of my pc parts are from 2021, with the gpu being replaced less than 2 months ago. I do not have official results for anything
Update: disabling secure boot has lead to the system going back to the Kernel panic problem. also tried booting to windows on a separate drive and it refuses to load giving me the blue screen of death with the error code 0xc0000221 which appears to signify the same problem that the Kernel panic is signifying
