It's the same for me: the printer is automatically detected by system-config-printer, but at the last passage it compares the error "internal-error-server-error" and I can't add the printer.I've tried to add via URI writing the ipp address, same error...
Maybe try a live image and see if that works? Maybe something in your install is messed up?
I had trouble getting the printer to work on my PC, but whenever I try a live image, it works smoothly: ignore the implicitclass automatic setup and setup the printer from Network printers, and it works.
I gave the printer a reserved IP address: I don't know if this helped.
Can you access the printer web page from the IP address given by your router?
