Doesn't really matter much. Use two factor authentication and never save your passwords in your browser. That secures your end, and the bank should be secure on its end. The unknown is your ISP in between and there's not much you can do about that unless you can get your bank to allow you to connect with SSH. In the US most big ISPs will be relatively safe from data sniffing, not so much in the EU.
