So, I have been do some research on this issue. I found the problem but not the solution. The problem: dkms does not enroll and sign the keys it creates. Why is the question?

Signing keys (MOK = Machine-Owner Key) must be created and enrolled in the UEFI firmware by you. It's not done by the Dynamic Kernel Module Support (DKMS) [1].

Please provide logs of all the steps.
