I don't think gnome-usd is the same thing as gnome-osd. Spelling counts. Which does packages.debian.org actually use?

I don't run gnome, nor evolution, but if LinuxOS is correct, and evolution calendar uses the default desktop notification sound, then that's where it is stored, and where you can change it. If he is not correct, then I have no idea.
