You should probably state which hardware world you live in!
For a ‘desktop’ with a slotted gpu card or even most iGPU's, pretty much anything made will do it.
I think the single dp cards I use are the rarity, requiring an external ‘mst’ (?) hub I still haven't tested.

For non-desktops I'm sure there is wide variation.
