You will get ONLY a black screen with a command line. No graphic user interface, no mouse .....What is meant by "which is text only"? What would be the purpose of this iso?
This here is a Windows blank screen, but with Linux it is the same.

You could use such an instillation for a computer, you are going to control from a second machine over internet. Only need a monitor and keyboard for installation, but then this machine does not need it, because you control it from outside. Just a motherboard, a CPU, RAM and a drive.
