Still no luck, the issue is with the libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 file not being available, not sure what the 2.42.12-dfsg-1+b1 version that shows as installed is all about. Not in an urgent need for either bit of software at this time so I will wait and see if thing change in the new year, maybe Gimp 3.0 release will bring some changes to availability
