The main issue was a missconfiguration in nvidia.conf, regarding not to use EDID. This is solved, I have audio.
But, enabling EDID, graphics get messed up, I'm still trying to figure out why.
UseEDID to FALSE or TRUE to switch between having audio and having graphics. I've already tried UseEDIDmodes and UseEDIDfreqs to FALSE, but graphics turned ugly even if I manage to get the right resolution (1920x1200@60Hz).
