I haven't used Q4OS in quite a while but they might have a testing version based on Trixie available to download or if not they might be able to make one available as they are quite pro-active.

Also did you try installing the TDE version first to see if that works? If it does you could then install plasma, might be worth trying.

One thing to note is that my laptop has an RTX3060 and I use Bookworm with the backported kernel there, I find Gaming laptops can often be quirky with Linux but once setup they are great!
