I'm partial to off-lease Dell business laptops - Precision, Latitude, also their XPS line. Dell offers Linux on these models, they generally have Intel networking and graphics but you might find Precision and XPS models with Nvidia graphics in addition to Intel and I try to avoid models with a discrete Nvidia card.
Three-year old high-end laptops generally serve me pretty well for several years. The Latitude 7390 I'm using now has an 8th gen i7, 16GB of RAM and Intel networking and graphics. Bought it almost two years ago for about $500 shipped and they come with a 100-day warranty.

edit: I tried to find an outlet in Norway but ran into a language barrier and I haven't had quite enough coffee this morning![Smile :)]()
