I suppose, you have already installed firmware-misc-nonfree package (from non-free-firmware section).
I have found only solution for black-screen after resume and video-tearing problem, which is not related, in my humble opinion, but I am not expert.
Arch wiki has guide, how to preserve video memory after suspend, but I do not know if it is set in the same was as in Debian.
Maybe you can find more help on forums.developer.nvidia.com.
