It's curious that the nvidia-driver 535.183.01 package was attempted to build for the kernel. That driver is not compatible with 6.10.x kernels. The current nvidia-driver version in backports is 535.183.06-1~bpo12+1 which does build correctly for 6.10.x kernels.
Presumably the kernel was installed first and dkms attempted to build for the currently installed kernel before installing the new nvidia-driver version. I imagine the way to circumvent this error would be to install the backports nvidia-driver first, and only then to subsequently install the backports kernel separately rather than all in the one apt command.
Also it is quite unnecessary to post the complete logs. Either just post the relevant sections inside code tags or use a pastebin service and post a link to the logs.
