It looks like an error in the DMA remapping (DMAR) of a PCI device.

What is the device 01:00.0 according to the command lspci ?

I have both integrated and extended controllers which seem to fall under Vulkan platform but have no idea how to set up that into Debian. Wiki doesn't work out in my case.
