Thanks Aki! Somehow, after another hot reboot, the interface is now stable. At least for now, dont´t want to get to optimistic just yet... the only thing that changed was me enabling one very secondary function in the BIOS that is related to the management of energy in the thunderbolt cable port, which I can't be sure is really responsible for it, but I´m not complaining. As for upgrading the kernel, I suppose I have to wait the guys from OVM to do it, I'm reasonably sure the system would break if I try it...I´ll ask them anyways...

Hello @andyvs,

I would suggest trying a newer kernel version from Debian backports [1].

There are some kernel commits about Thunderbolt support for kernels after 6.1.

I hope this does not break anything in the OMV packages.
