Thanks ![Smile :-)]()
I just try to install and was luckily warned, that I am running proxmox with its modified debian kernel. Instead of the debian backport repo, I would need a backporting of the proxmox-kernel![Wink ;-)]()
So it is maybe a better question for the proxmox-, than for the debian forum. I just found this tutorial "Building the PVE kernel on Proxmox VE 6.x" and will give it a try.
To be sure, which kernel version I need at least: Is there a way to get the information, when the support of the device (ASMedia Technology Inc., so usb ids "174c" for the manufacturer or "174c:55aa" for the device) was added to the generic kernel? Must be somewhere between 6.8.4 and 6.9.8.
Thank you all![Smile :)]()
