The way to fix this problem. I did not save the output when it was not working.
When I run:
sudo dmesg | grep snd
There was this line.
snd_hda_codec_hdmi hdaudioC0D2: HDMI: pin NID 0x6 not registered
Also I saw it when run:
sudo journalctl -b | grep -i hdmi
Install hdajackretask
There you can overwrite not registered pins
See this link for more details.

Now my aplay output looks like this:

Code:

$ aplay -l**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: ALC897 Analog [ALC897 Analog] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 3: HDMI 0 [DELL S3219D] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 7: HDMI 1 [HDMI 1] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 8: HDMI 2 [HDMI 2] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
